Tutorial: Wintery Silver Make Up Tutorial

It's been a long time since I did my last tutorial, so I thought it was time for one. With December just round the corner, I decided to do a wintery silver make-up tutorial.

I used:

Face:
Barbara Daly for Tesco Concealer in Medium
Lancome Photogenic Lumessence Foundation #30
Integrate Blush PK210
Guerlain Les Voilettes Compact Powder #02
Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick in Bronze

Eyes:

M.A.C. Paint Pot in Bare Study
M.A.C. Fluidline in Blacktrack
Estee Lauder Pure Color Eyeshadow in Mocha Cup (Metallic grey)
EL Pure Color Eyeshadow in Silver Ball (Metallic blue-silver)
EL Pure Color Eyeshadow in Tea Biscuit (Shimmery champagne)
EL Pure Color Eyeshadow in Sugar Cube (Shimmery white)
Lancome Pop Cherub Palette - silver
Shiseido Eyelash Curler
Majolica Majorca Curl curl curl towards the sky mascara base
Estee Lauder Turbolash Mascara
Chanel Unimitable Waterproof Mascara (bottom lashes)
Shu Uemura Eye Light Pencil in #01

Lips:
Rimmel Lipstick in Pink Champagne
Benefit Her Glossiness in My People, Your People

Okay, so let's begin! (Click for bigger pictures)

Taa-daah! All finished!

It's a shame my camera's flash washed the shimmer and colour out, A LOT. >< It almost looks white...but trust me it's not!

Phew. It actually took me the entire afternoon to finish this. I completely forgot how TIME CONSUMING these things are... Hope this is useful to someone...

Hope you guys all have brilliant weekends! It's just started raining again here...England is fun.

Your tutorial is very very helpful! :) It looks so nice, neat, and PRO!

Great look by the way--you wear frost/shimmer on your eyelids very well!

It's not rainy, it's freakin' stormy :O Anyway, I like the look, I'll probably try to recreate that, even if I'm too lazy these weeks to wear more than the usual eyeliner..

The tutorial is so detailed. It came out gorgeous on you! :)

I know what you mean about it being time consuming. I did an eye tutorial and was shocked how much time you needed to spend... hehe~

To answer your question, the lipgloss does look like Urban Decay Pocket Rocket lipglosses... hehe~

Ok maybe not, it's sunny today xD Yayyy ^.^~ hopefully it won't rain tomorrow though >_< it's so hard to wake up when it is T_T and then all my books get wet =_= lol I too want to just stay in bed when it rains.

Aww that's such a nice thing of you and your friend to do! Hehe I don't have many friends that reallyyyyy like make-up so uh I always get random stuff O_O e.g. socks, mugs, stationery (LOVE) etc. Not that I don't like them but I just never got something make-up related >_<

so pretty!~~ i love the layout of your tutorial. so neat and pro! ha~ would take me ages if i were to do a tut.

hope you do more^^

and to reply to your comment about crossover high end and high street brands. i bought a pair of the jimmy choo x h&m heels and quality obviously is lacking. i think i could easily get a better quality pair of shoes somewhere else (such as office) for the same price. but then again i did buy for the design. and jimmy choos retail for 5x, 7x more than what i paid. + i love them so i'm not complaining^^ xx

Hi,

Thank you so much for the tutorial and may I ask which angled brush are you using for applying the eyeliner?

Hi "Anonymous"

I'm using the Ecotools angled brush. I like it as it's softer than the MAC 208 (which irritates my eyes)
